D-Magazine

dmagazin is an in-house corporate communications magazine that gathers all companies under the DYH corporate structure onto a common platform. It is published with the goal of strengthening internal communications.

Defined as the “meeting point” for all employees and first published in 2003, dmagazin publishes three to four issues per year and is distributed free-of-charge to Group employees.

This publication was launched on the belief that a strong corporate culture is based on keeping employees well informed of the developments within the Company while sharing the background of these developments as well as their results. One of the primary goals of dmagazin is to contribute to the creation of a dynamic corporate culture.

Doğan Yayın Holding is a large family with many companies and over 8,000 employees within its corporate structure. Functioning as a communications network for the whole Group, dmagazin covers the activities, special projects, background preparations of projects and new developments; it is a sharing-oriented and dynamic platform where companies and their employees meet.

Launched based on the belief that a strong corporate culture gives priority to keeping employees informed of developments within the Company, the goal of dmagazin is to contribute to the creation of a deeply-rooted corporate culture.
