The DYH Creativity Awards, presented for the fifth year in a row, is given to encourage the development of creative projects within our Group while contributing to the motivation of individual employees.
These awards acknowledge and celebrate different types of projects produced throughout the previous year.
Competition Participants
The DYH Creativity Awards are open to all DYH employees, and participation in the competition is subject to preliminary elimination within individual DYH companies. Applications to the competition are performed by managers on behalf of each company; each company then determines its official candidates using methods established at their own discretion. Thus, applications are made primarily within the framework of the processes and rules defined by the company. Notification of the nominees, short-listed at the preliminary selection is presented to the coordinator for the DYH Creativity Awards by company managers. The coordinator conveys the names of the nominees to the jury, thus designating them as official candidates. The jury then chooses the final award winners.
Awards Ceremony
The DYH Creativity Awards Ceremony is held on the first day of the DYH Annual Meeting, which occurs every year in January. At the ceremony, the finalists in each category are presented. The winner is announced with the opening of sealed envelopes in the presence of the audience. All nominees must be present at the Awards Ceremony.
